People often use “social networking” and “social media” equally, but they are not actually the same. Social networking is ‘getting in touch with’ and talking to friends, co-workers, family, buyers, or anyone else through social media sites on the internet. It involves creating a place where people and organizations can talk to each other and work together to make a network. Additionally, social media is a way to connect with others. Some of the most popular Web2 social media are Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Discord, LinkedIn, Telegram and WhatsApp. These help people connect and talk to each other through texts, posts, comments, etc. People can use web-based apps or software to connect to social media on their computers, phones and tablets.
